He is one of the most acclaimed strategic leaders in the industry, having achieved award-winning work for brands including Dos Equis, Arby’s, Cadillac, Charles Schwab, Cheerios, Unilever, The Cosmopolitan, The Economist, and Volvo. Most recently, Michael served as the Chief Creative Officer at General Mills. His first book – Stop Making Sense: The Art of Inspiring Anybody – was published July 2019.

As the Director of eCommerce, he is responsible for achieving revenue growth and GP targets. He works to consolidate existing technology platforms and integrate new ones through acquisition. With full P&L accountability, Jeff is continuously seeking out initiatives that will increase sales and further the TestEquity's overall strategic direction. He is responsible for crafting the strategic direction of the eCommerce business and managing content on our web properties. Jeff's team leverages analytics to maximize lead generation, optimize customer experience, and achieve revenue goals. He oversee day-to-day management of our websites, including troubleshooting, responsive redesigns, product changes, integrations, and enhancements. As the Director of eCommerce for Test Equity, a value-added distributor of test and measurement equipment, Jeff is managing the implementation of eCommerce for TestEquity as well at Techni Tools and Jenson Tools. TestEquity is a value-added distributor of test and measurement equipment and MRO tools and supplies for laboratories and electronics manufacturing. In business since 1971, the company is an authorized stocking distributor for Keysight Technologies, Tektronix, Keithley, Rohde & Schwarz, Viavi, Fluke, B&K Precision, Hioki, Amprobe, Sorensen, Extech, FLIR, Magna-Power Electronics, Instek, and others.

Dave Schneider provides leadership of the global marketing practice for Red Wing Shoe Company as Chief Marketing Officer with responsibility for building long-term brand equity and driving profitable, short-term demand across the company’s portfolio of purpose-driven brands and its multi-channel distribution network. Reporting to its Chief Executive Officer with oversight of brand management, marcomm, ecommerce, brand protection, retail experience and corporate comms, Schneider leverages meaningful consumer insights to drive a differentiated experience that is enabled by technology and informed by data/analytics. Schneider has a bias for swift but responsible action in an inclusive, people-friendly, continuous learning environment that delivers on most critical strategic priorities.

Prior to Red Wing, Schneider held senior leadership positions at a variety of corporate marketing and traditional/digital marketing firms, spanning B2C and B2B, working with some of the highest caliber brands in the Fortune 500 from MillerCoors, Dell, State Farm, Lowe's, OfficeMax, McDonald's, and AT&T.

Schneider holds a B.A. from Luther College (Decorah, IA) with a double major in Economics & Business Management, has completed MBA-equivalent graduate course work, and has dabbled in the entrepreneurial tech start-up space.

Bio:
Josh provides technology, entrepreneurship, and business strategy for early stage growth companies and growing start-ups in the Portland, Oregon area. He recently completed his MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Consulting, and is a Master’s in Legal Studies candidate with a focus on Entrepreneurial Law. He has over 12 years in technology, business development, marketing and management. Josh’s vision is to transition Portland’s early-stage innovative ventures into growth-stage companies by utilizing his architecting, storytelling, and executing capabilities and by leveraging Portland’s innovative culture.

Josh has managed innovative experiential marketing facilities and served as a key player in partnerships between large corporations such as eBay, Paypal, Disney and HP. He has the ability to manage the details of business growth in many areas all at once and brings unique skill sets in strategic planning, legal structure, innovative technology, entrepreneurial investment strategies, and public relations. He has held titles such as Commerce Innovation Showcase Manager and Spokesperson, as well as having been entrusted with executive level presentations for potential partnerships. The name may say centralized, but with operations in Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, Consolidated Supply may be a bit of a misnomer. The company distributes plumbing and waterworks supplies to about 20 eponymous stores in these four states. Consolidated's largest store is located in Tigard, Oregon. Its Fixture Gallery locations showcase high-end kitchen and bathroom products and accessories in showroom settings. Products include waterworks equipment from such brands as Bradford White, Honeywell, and Romac Industries, along with bathroom and kitchen fixtures from Elkay, Moen, and other makers. 90-year anniversary in 2018.
