For the last few years, he has been leading a digital transformation at Buyers Products, including the launch of their first transactional website. Prior to Buyers, Jim worked for ERICO in the US and The Netherlands, at various points leading IT, Business Intelligence, Supply Planning, and Warehouse Operations. Long ago, he received engineering degrees from Purdue and an MBA from Case Western. The TSQL procedures he writes are elegant and well-commented.

As the director of marketing and e-commerce for Geriatric Medical, a 73-year-old leading medical supply distributor, Justin Racine oversees and implements the innovative marketing and e-commerce strategies that drive high growth and customer retention for the company. Prior to joining Geriatric Medical, Justin spent four years on the marketing and e-commerce team at Invacare Supply Group, a B2B medical supply division of Invacare, a previous Fortune 1000 company. A frequent nationally-featured speaker, he has spoken alongside branding and marketing professionals from The Weather Channel, Dell, JP Morgan and Investopedia, among others.

Bio:
Gary has over 25 years experience within the industrial distribution industry, always with a B2B focus. He has divided his career between the IT function and other business areas such as Procurement and Sales Operations, giving him a broad range of experience. Currently Gary is the Senior VP of IT and Procurement, as well as being on the executive leadership team and Board of Directors member for Hisco, a specialty distributor with a primary focus in the electronics assembly market. During his 4-1/2 year tenure with Hisco he led the initiative to select, plan, and implement a new website for the company. Additionally, he led the initiative to migrate an acquisition company simultaneously on to Hisco’s ERP and new web platform.

Jennie leads the marketing, eCommerce and Digital Strategy for 3Wire Group, Inc., a B2B Foodservice and Beverage Replacement Parts supply chain solution. 3Wire is a part of the Marmon / Berkshire Hathaway family of companies. In her role, Jennie authored the strategy and business case for 3Wire’s digital platform evolution, significantly upgrading their multiple B2B sites and transforming the User Experience. Launching in early 2017, the new 3Wire platform has shown immediate growth and customer engagement. Prior to 3Wire, Jennie held leadership roles in the Institutional Division of Ecolab, pioneering a new intranet portal for the 5,000+ direct sales and service associates that brought technology and efficiency upgrades to a sorely outdated system. Additionally, her background has included leading a national restaurant chain’s marketing and advertising efforts as well as multiple roles in agencies and consulting firms in the foodservice/hospitality space.
