The Art of Inspiring Change

General Sessions | Wednesday, October 16

Description

A recent study concluded that “inspired” people are 225 percent more productive than their uninspired peers! That’s “The Inspiration Advantage,” the secret sauce of success.

Now imagine that you could summon that mighty force to lead your team to achieve the success your business desires.

You can. Contrary to centuries of mystical thinking, the power to inspire isn’t a gift from the gods. It’s an everybody skill, learnable and practicable. It just requires one uncomfortable ingredient: making our interactions more emotional and less rational.

In this talk, Michael Fanuele, one of the world’s leading marketing strategists, will share “The Six Skills of Inspiration” with the help of modern muses including Bono, Hamilton, a tennis-playing neuroscientist, and an ice bucket. Along the way you’ll discover that you possess all the virtues you need to inspire change within your organization.
