Executing-DTC & B2B Experiences on the InsiteCommerce Cloud-Platform
Most commerce websites in B2B are focused on product presentation and retrieval followed by order placement. As such, these sites serve as electronic means for order entry and transactional processing. Yet, the opportunities to embark in user-centric design processes to craft customer experiences that are tied to business objectives is paramount for commercial success of these initiatives. In working closely with Sonance, a Southern California-based parent company for Sonance, IPORT, TRUFIG, and recently announced acquisition of James Loudspeakers, Xngage was challenged to conceptualize and implement solution-based selling online, a critical component of Sonance’s major rebranding effort and Digital Transformation.
This presentation will provide audiences with a concrete case study regarding the conceptualization, user-journey based design process, and realization of Sonance’s IPORT brand which will serve as the foundation for other brand sites. The format of the presentation is a panel discussion between Sonance’s Terence Murray and Leah Emami as they discuss the solution journey with Xngage’s CDO, Charbel Abou Chaaya.
